It would never cross my mind to not be PROUD of my being furgal!! I have yet to come across anyone who is negative regarding my family's decision to live frugally. If they did, well too bad, it's my family choice, so I guess I don't care what others think. After all: "The paid off home mortgage has taken the place of the BMW as THIS FAMILIES status symbol of choice!" :) I am frugal because I CHOOSE to be, not because I HAVE to be.
